EDIT: Soz, thought you were saying they were £100 on CRC, not the case
Did you add the code prior to login? If so that screws the code up.
In the past if I've entered the code and then logged in to my account to complete the checkout process it will come up with an error as it thinks the code has already been used. A live chat with customer service got it sorted. Now I make sure I log in before I apply the code.
It worked fine yesterday
To echo others, you get to apply the code exactly once. If you don't checkout there and then, get redirected to login, or edit your basket, the code is gone and cannot be used again. BC will issue you a new one, but this takes time and can be annoying!
I have never got it to work, grrrrr.
