Anyone else experiencing delays with their CRC orders this past week?
Ordered a new helmet over a week ago, marked as in stock but it's been stuck processing ever since. Emailed CRC who replied to say they are "taking additional measures to address our backlog".
The backlog can't be that big can it. Surely Tour de France / Olympics fever can't add over a week onto despatch time when my experience with them has always been very good.
Ordered bits last night...dispatched today
No backlog for me the item I ordered at 9am this morning has already been dispatched.
Don't forget CRC have a list of people they don't like 🙂
Ordered last Wednesday, arrived this morning. Good enough for me, even in this Age of Nowism...
