So after a couple of years my mallet spindles have a bit of wear . I really like them and there doesn't seem anything quite like them with the float and nice sized platform. I Just put new bushes in but not made much difference . Now I can't really feel it when riding ATM so I will run them for a bit longer. So what's the best option , New crankbrothers spindle kit or some titanium jobbies off aliexpress in the hope they last a bit longer ??

Time
Yeah I know, rode time for over 30 years but they are just not as nice to ride as mallets. If I have to spend a bit more on maintenance that's worth it for me .
Unless Time have something new in the pipeline
Mine always have a bit of play even with new bushes, I can't notice it whilst riding so I leave it. I just make sure I strip them every 6 months or so and add plenty of grease.
