The picture is the old one, but Merlin have a habit of using old pics.
You'd need to ask them to be sure, I'd say.
Bit pricey if old model IMO.
It is 100% the 2010 frame with the new decals. I spoke at length with Merlin about the build and they confirmed this. (I asked for the older frame by the way).
I had one all priced and spec'd up last month and it was this years frame.

i have/had the 09 frame and its an amazing frame. Obviously cost wise its pretty high but they build into brilliant bikes.
Think the changes are the decals and the steel type so i don't know how the frame rides.
I would happily spend the cash though Cove really do make brilliant bikes.
me thinks, "new" HJ is same geometry as the post 2007 HJs exept for different species of steel, mebbe, and i'll be surprised if anyone can tell the difference, i guess the "newer" ones will be CEN compliant
