Hlo - looking for a courier that is happy to send an air shock in the post for a service. I know some won’t. I’m also loathe to use Yodel (they lost some lights of mine) or Evri as heard bad things about them. Who have you happily used previously?
Post office
I used UPS to Silverfish.
They use UPS for returns.
No issues for shock or forks.
I've used the Post Office - just let the air out.
Same as above, just sent with Parcelforce via the Post Office.
I used DPD to send to tftuned they used DPD to send it back.
I've used post office. They intercepted it. Refused to deliver or return. It disappeared. No refund.
Thankfully a second hand £40 eBay sale. But still.
I was going to say I thought the post office was a hard no due to compressed gas or some such.
Does the service company not have a 2 way postage option when booking in? Pretty sure that's what I've always done with TF?

I've used DPD for forks, although the post office has just delivered a shock that I bought from eBay.
Royal Mail (I would n’t use my other service than Special Delivery), DPD or UPS for me. Never had an issue with any of them.
I certainly wouldn’t use APC or Yodel
I wouldn’t go anywhere near a post office service. We had a long thread many years ago about shocks being disappeared due to non compliance with their rules and then supposedly appearing again on eBay. The main issue is they use air freight within the uk and as a result items get x-rayed, intercepted and destroyed.
DPD, possibly DHL or UPS. With full to value insurance. I’d even put an insured Evri service above the post office / parcelfarce .
