...be the cause of two recent snapped derailleur hangers on my road bike?

Just noticed this, it's at the RD end, just where the cable leaves the outer.

I can't see how, derailleur adjustment more likely.

To be honest, it seemed a bit daft when I typed it.

Struggled to understand why my limit screws were incorrect all of sudden after over 500 miles without a problem...

Shifting can in fine without the limit stops being correct for a long time...

Chain length looks spot on...I'm pretty certain the derailleur was out, just a thought when I saw the cable.

They're fine too, it has to be the limit screws as above...I've since reset them and all was well on my last ride.

It's had the added benefit of keeping me away from the large sproket anyway...
