What's a cool BMX brand for a young teenager?

Cheers

How old are they?

How much do you want to spend?

What type? (race, FS, DJ, FL)

About £300, about 12/13 years old...won't be for racing - just for looking cool and roaming around...

Talk to Stodgy in the rad bmx shop, he's yer man, always ready to do a deal.

They have the arcade.
But I think the justice is sweeter..

united are pretty cool, and they're british!
look at alansbmx.com or sourcebmx.com for various bicycles around that price point ..

I don't think they have quite the credibility of WTP, but the Mirraco on offer from CRC looks pretty sweet.

Having said that - I'd think a front brake might not be a bad idea.

I’ve just got my son a Mirraco Mi6 from CRC, and the spec is right up with WTP and Pilgrim and for the price £250 it will be hard to beat.

They all come with a front brake as it’s a legal requirement, having said that not sure how good the brake actually is 😯 may be just for show to get past the H&S bandits

Bought a Kink Whip at the cycle show - it was a demo down from £409 to £300. Lovely bike to ride, and I had it signed by all the riders including Matt Priest. Son1 had to fight through the crowds of onlookers at school, it out-cooled his Kona MTB, track bike, road bike and KMX!!!

Of course buy a large frame full cromoly - and ride it yourself when son isn't looking.
