Has anyone ridden both Rubber Queens and Mountain kings ? Is there much of a difference ? Tread is almost identical.

If you are talking new MK's & RQ's then no not much difference, RQ's sh**e in the mud not sure what the new MK's are like but really couldn't be any worse.
If you are talkind old MK's (they are still for sale) then major differences - certainly would never put one on the front wheel of my bike

Dont get mountain Kings MKII, i have had 3 and each set the bead fail and then dont bed down on the rim so wobbles, plus pinch flat really easily 🙁
As for the Rubber Queen got a set on now for this s**t May and they are superb heavy as i got the cheap wire ones but very good for the lakes and over the fells
