Im trying to contact Specialized direct (US preferably)
On the website you can go to the masterlink self help page which states if you can't get your answers here email us....
Well i must be bloody blind as i can't figure out how to actually send them something.... ?
Can anyone enlighten me ?

For UK its customerservice@specializeduk.com
According to this [url= http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/SBCGlobalPages.jsp?pageName=intlSubs ]page [/url] you can call them direct and ask for consumer service. Though it does say if you live in the USA.
