As above really, I've tried using the "contact us" form on their website (twice) but I've had nothing back. Anyone have any details on the UK / European importer? Failing that, anyone know where I can get lace flaps for a pair of karvers? I managed to lose one 😥 ta muchly

Looks as if the UK Importer is http://www.bigstone.co.uk/ and they have contact details on the site.
