Hi all, question as above. 26" wheel.

Could possibly swap wheels around a bit and go tubeless if there's any tyres to suit doing it that way.

Thanks

Schwalbe City Jet in a nice fat 1.95 variety. Great for the commute, as they remain puncture free even over the mix of broken bottles, used needles and bits of splintered skull that constitute the manchester city streets

Can be had for about £20 a pair on fleabay

marathon plus +1

heavy at 1kg each but bombproof. I've done 5000 miles in 1 yr on them & the mould spikes have just worn off the contact points.

1 puncture but due to tube nicking the valve hole on rim.

I've gone for the Marathon plus. It's for the gf to commute so punture proof has the priority over ride. Thanks guys.

I used a DMR Moto 2.2 for a couple of years, it's much bigger than any slick you will find and the almost constant block patten mean it is heavy but bomb proof. A good alternative to have a look at.

Never had a puncture with a Schwalbe land cruiser + they roll really well.
