I want to buy a new frame/forks for my SS/FG commuter.
must be:
steel
56cm
must have:
rack mounts
full guard mounts
clearance for at least 28c tyres + guards
front and rear brake mountability
who uses clip on guards, are they any good?
am i better off buying a complete bike and flogging the wheels/bars/stem that i have currently.
price is certainly a consideration, but im more concerned with value for money (if i just wanted cheap i would but complete from argos!)

I've been told that you can squeeze 28c under full guards on the Kenesis T and TK racelights
I am sceptical
I want to see just how close it is before I buy!
The stock bikes come with 25c tires though and there looks to be a fair bit of space there still in all honesty.
