Curious of peoples experience ordering from Commencal?
I pre-ordered the Ramones 16 for my son on the 24th August.
It's now been in stock since Wednesday last week. Friday I emailed Eric who informed me that it would be shipped on Monday..
As of today no email stating its on its way, order tracking on the site still says processing order.
Is this normal?
Recently bought a Meta Trail from Commencal direct. Ordered on the Saturday, arrived the following Thursday as far as I recall.
Since ordered some cable grommets from them, same timescale.
So no, not normal in my experience.
As above. My Meta AM arrived three days after ordering, though the online tracking thing said it was still somewhere in Paris when the delivery van pulled up. Maybe give them a ring?
Emailed Eric at Commencal. Turns out the bike was despatched on Monday as promised.
Tracking email was sent to me, but I haven't seen it. Possibly went into my junk folder, which I don't check often.
