Hi,
Has anybody ordered a bike or frame direct from the Commencal web store and had it shipped from the French warehouse? If so, how long did it take to arrive? My frame is being replaced under warranty, and has 'left the warehouse', but they cannot confirm when it'll arrive here.
I'm happy to wait in all day, if I know it's going to be here, but how long will they make me wait... Bah, the tension!
I too had a Commencal warranty claim through Merlin Cycles. Took less than two weeks from collection of my damaged frame to receipt of a brand new replacement direct from France via Merlin. IIRC I was told that the frame was on its way from France and should be with Merlin within a week, whereas in reality it was only a day or two - cracking (no pun intended 😉 ) service.
