I used to ride MTBs in the 90s, I got into XC and to get better at XC I started road riding to get the miles in and just switched off MTB all together in about 98. Time available for cycling died off with the pressures of a family but my sons started to ride MTBs recently and so I thought Id jump back in. Bikes have changed mahoosively. I bought this as I like the hard tails and am way to idle to fuss with FS rigs; the geometry looked fun too. Im about 4 rides in and loving it.

The RS Reverb thingameejig is a caper but otherwise, Im well impressed, the wheels spin up and roll well and the uber wide bars turn the thing well enough and at pace downhill you hardly know the bike is there which I reckon is a good sign, - unless Ive fallen off it I suppose!

I cannot fault your bike choice. No one bit. Looks fun!

The lawn, however.......

Did you take that plant pot in for colour matching to the bike?

That, sir, is a fine looking bike.
