Commando comics, 50 years old this week. l remember runing to the newsagent on a Saturday morning with my pocket money to buy the latest issue and a 1/4 of soor plooms.

I was a Victor and ocassionally a Warlord man.
I remember them well! I also had sci fi comics (called Starblazer I think) and football comics all from the same publisher. I can't for the life of me remember what the football one were called though. Oddly, I can still vividly remember several of the stories.
