Is there a golden chart for calculating coils weight/stiffness to body weight?

There's a few out there - TF Tuned and Cane Creek both do a calculator
XFusion and Fox also have em
Basically depends on leverage ratio, body weight and desired sag - then buy/borrow a few steel springs and see what works
