Where can I get some shorter cleat bolts than the ones that came with my egg beater cleats?

Last time I bought Crank Bros Mallets (which, to be fair, was a good while ago) they thoughtfully included some shorter clear bolts in the nice box.
So... have you looked in the eggbeater box?

these are replacement cleats,
M5 countersunk, the too long ones are 12mm
ive found some 8mm for £1.50

Use the ones you took out of your shoes?these are replacement cleats,
