Try running your brake levers a little lower. Those look too high to me.

Easier to brake if your arms/hands/levers are all at a natural angle.

Yep, I know. Been tweaking and twiddling (ooooh I say) so it's not 100% spot-on yet.

Well, the frame is from the Classifieds, forks and seatpost are new, the rest is from my Soul.

First ride and not had a full suss for nearly a year so took a bit of getting used to.

You'll get the hang of it after all, it's just like riding a bike isn't it!!

Looks like a nice bike to have to get used to; sure there'll be many happy trails ahead...
