I bought something early this week off the classifieds; it was delivered straight away and I received it the next day.
The item was not as described, the seller stated unused, the item came with scuff marks and mud plus something on it does not appear to work.
I paid through paypal properly, i.e. 'for goods' not 'as a gift'.
I have tried to contact the seller everyday to ask where do I return the item (as it came from his work address) and so far he has not responded.
I have filed a dispute with paypal and he's still not responded.
I've still got the item, no idea where to post it back to, the seller isn't responding to me, I'm nt really sure what to do next other than escalating the 'dispute' to a 'claim'.
Anyone had a similar problem? Any advice?
