Hopefully collecting a lightly used Defy at the weekend. Would like to change the TRP Spyres for Shimano hydraulics. I know that the mental deal on Mantel wont be matched,or even close to it, but can't see cheaper than £300, haven't looked that hard admittedly. Anyone seen cheaper?
Merlin went as low as £250 in the Black Friday sales
£300 now though. Mantel had them for £145! All long gone now of course.
I just bought a full groupset with R685 brakes and Merlin were the cheapest. If you find some shifters and want some unused calipers let me know because mine are post mount and I want some flat mount.

Cheers but can't see anywhere selling the shifters cheap enough to make it work instead of the complete set from Merlin.
