Morning,

I'd like cheap, simple heart rate monitor that syncs with my iPhone 4s & Strava (without a dongle). Any suggestions?

Not worried about having a watch to track real time HR

Does that Panobike HRM work with Endomondo?

I have a polar h7 which may not be the cheapest, but it works well.
Once you start using it, you may be interested in what your heart rate is real time.

Well it says on the Topeak web page that it is:

Panobike Heart Rate Monitor is also compatible with other popular fitness apps in the Apple Store that use Bluetooth Smart (BLE 4.0) such as Strava, MapMyRide, Runtastic, Endomondo and many more.

But I know Endo don't have a good history of properly supporting any HRMs other than Wahoo, hence my caution.

+ 1 for Polar H7. Very comfortable and well made.

I've got a wahoo case and four or five mounts I'd sell you for £40 if you want. Then any Ant+ compatible heart rate monitor would work. The case fits the iPhone 3, 4 & 4s. I changed phones so can't use it now.

It works a treat with Endomondo, Strava and Garmin apps.

I'll download it and try it later.
