What do people reckon? Better than paying £45+ pounds on endura ect for the seams to wear out after one winter?

I just bought some Nookie paddling 3/4 for a similar price - and first reaction was 'they would be great on the bike...'

Dont think I paid that much for some Goretex desert storm combats that I cut down. Only issue is that they arent cut for biking, & the back seems quite low sometimes. Keep meaning to get the Mrs to sew one of the cut-off bits on as a higher waist band around the back. That aside they work pretty well, can be builky though.
