There is not an obvious way to do this, the pivot appears to be a rivet.
Googling suggests it is possible but possibly quite tricky. Wondered if anyone has succeeded and would you repeat the experiment?

tried it on some SLX's gave up, couldn't get the replacements and LBS reckoned you couldn't.
Cheaper to get a new lever

There is a little grub screw you need to undo. Google BL-M765 EV to find the exploded diagram and you will see what I mean.
