Easy. First, pop your new bearings in the freezer for a bit. Yes, the freezer - they'll shrink a bit.

Take out the 20mm (a spring clip thing) or QR adaptors (they just pull out).

I now use a short piece of steel rod to knock out each bearing, working around the inside edge from the opposite side. Take your time and be gentle. From memory there is a spacer between the two bearings, but you should be able to move it to the side and rotate it as you work your way around.

When the bearings are out, I give the hub a quick clean and then push in the new bearings. You can make a press like a headset press, or use a QR and some spacers, or just do a gentle tap-fit. check everything is square as you go.

Don't forget to put the spacer back in the middle before you fit the 2nd bearing.

Dead easy to do, Like Troutwrester said though, DONT forget to put the spacer back in the middle before you fit the 2nd bearing.
Going to tackle my rear bearing next ๐Ÿ™‚

I find that heating the hub body up very slightly with a Black and decker heat gun (paint stripper type) helps to remove the old and install the new bearings with no force at all. The old bearings drop out and the new ones drop in. As mentioned before freezing the bearing helps with fitting as the bearing contracts, by heating the hub the housing expands which opens the tollerances up for a easy fit.

Quick question - what bearings for pro II front hub? I can't find the info anywhere, despite changing them before.
