currently running 46/34/24 with a XT front mech (don't know model) - works perfectly, but 34/24 gears too large for my new hood. would like to change to 46/32/22, if poss.
can i do this with the same front mech??

46/32 will need a front mech with a capacity of 14T an XT has a capacity of 12T you can get away with 14T at a push but the shifting from 32 to 46 will be a bit rough but OK.
