Hi, I'm sure this topic has been brought up before.
is there any bike tweeks that can be made to minimize chain suck on the triple chainset?
Clean and lubed chain? replace worn transmission. I found when i get it that exaggerating pedalling "smooth circles" helps.
What frame are you riding?
your right about smooth circles, i get it when i'm not pedaling on techy descents, then when i need to pedal i'll get a hang-up whilst the chain sorts itself out, maybe that the chain is too slack you know what i mean? chain and rings should be fine, the frames is a carbon focus

I found when I switched to Deore steel rings, the amount of times I got chainsuck decreased. I have a few zipties with a bit of inner tube on the chainstay to protect it.
Really only time I've had it recently was on a technical climb in the mud.
I got it a couple of times on my Inbred when I first built it up, but a ziptie just behind the chainrings seems to have cured it completely. Plus the regular lubing and cleaning above.
cheers guys, i'll give my chain some more loving.
