I have a non boost bike and need a 6mm chainring offset.
A guy sent me a chainring with 3mm offset instead of 6mm which I wanted.
Will it work OK with 3mm or what issues will it cause like poor shifting or loss of some gears?
Just curious to know what happens...

New or used?
If new I'll swap with you as sure I've got a new 6mm one in the spares box.
