As subject line - anyone been, any decent biking? Looks like we're going to be there (or around there) in May and I'm wondering whether it's worth taking the bikes, or if we can hire decent ones there?

I've passed through on a cycle tour. I'm afraid I've not idea about the mountain biking but I can confirm it's very pretty. The popular thing to do seemed to be rafting/kayaking down the river through the town combined with drinking beer. Looked fun on a sunny day. You've got proper hills to the south so biking might be good. Na zdraví
