[Closed] CCTV for bike protection

Are there any knowleable people on CCTV that can help just a DVR for CCTV.

Had several nasty ones from maplins over the years that have all broke and weren't cheap either.
I get the feeling these are not business quality and just aimed at the home user.

Can anyone recommend me a top quality DVR with all the latest technology? I've tried looking on the net but it seems to be like a minefield unless you know a lot about CCTV.

I am guessing they now come with hdmi connections etc.

Thanks in advance. I want to make sure my bikes are watched over to minimise the chances of any thieving scum trying to take them.
