Evening all, started riding a lot more again this year and am finding my fitness although hugely improved is starting to plateau.
Having done a lot of resistance training years ago I know having sound advice and reading lots can stop you wasting valuable training time.
Can anyone recommend any good books on cardio training? Or inline guides/sites with info?
Not interested in xc racing etc but definitely want to try and maximise my time in the saddle for maximum impact.
Tend to ride with friends where every ride is a race and want to get an edge.
