What is covered in the course?
BASIC Gear and brake setup, safety checks - Headset, stem, wheel skewers
How to clean your bike and deal with puncture the pro way! We will also show you basic bike setup to make your ride as comfortable and efficient as possible.
A reference sheet will be available to take away
Our friendly staff will be on hand at the end of the evening to answer any questions.
You will also receive 10% off all accessories and clothing throughout the night, this excludes already discounted items, finance options, cycle scheme and bikes.
Our first course is free for up to 7 ladies, future course £10 per person (£8 per person for a group booking).
