Does anybody have any GPS routes for the best singletrack / down hill in this area? I've done a couple of bits straight over from the monument and to the left of it but noticed that there is probably some good trails to the right.

Not got any GPS tracks either but hapy to show you round.

I'd leave it a couple of weeks though, will be unrideable untill it dries out a little. Do you know Guisbrough Woods and the bits arround Rosenbery topping?

A lot of it's mapped on Strava now I think.

p.s. Simon, do you have a link to your GPS logger, I quite fancy one for runing.

Spoon.

I have a garmin edge 800 GPS, on the garmin connect site my routes will be logged under moose... It's not where I ride regularly but I know a bit of Guisborough Woods and around Roseberry, I usually set off from Pinchinthorpe, accross to Captain Cooks, Kildale, Baysdale, Commondale and loop back to Guisborough. We usually ride Thursday nights if you ever fancy popping along and showing us a few tracks. I'll check out strava.
Cheers

My backs been a bit ruined recently so I've not been out (weather's looked miserable too). Try mtb guisborough, they do rides from Hutton Villages Tuesday and Thursday and know it better than me.

The only trail I can think of that runs West/Right from Captain Cooks is Snakes and Ladders which I've never ridden.
