the BB on my spectral is on its ways out so its time to source a replacement.
First can someone confirm the size/type I need? and any recommendations would be cool also.

Depends on what the cranks are, but BB92 is the standard.
Mine came with a Raceface BB92, which was shit, I fitted a Wheels manufacturing replacement which hasn't been bad, but I reckon I should've fitted Hope.
it came with some carbon sram cranks. not sure what model the cranks are
