Could any of you Nerve AM owners mind taking a pic of the cable routing that goes into the bottom bracket area. I am building up a bike from a bare frame, and am doing a bit of head scratching as to how the cables go into the frame. Not sure if I am missing a part ๐Ÿ˜•

OT, but was it you (Fivespot) that was trying to fit an angleset to the Nerve? Did you have any joy?

Marko...nothing there mate ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

rondo...I am expecting the headset in the post tomorrow. But then I need to machine an adaptor ring for the lower cup, as Works Components don't make a lower cup in the dimension of the Verve head tube. I will keep you posted when I get it all sorted.

hi mate, sorry, literally just dropped mine in for service this evening. I have a vague memory of a thread either on here or on bikeradar where a guy was complaining about the cable routing around his BB - caused major rub well into the frame - anyway, that had loads of photos of how the cables should be routed.

Edit : found it its on bike radar, can't seem to get a link to work, but it def has photos of incorrect cable routing, but also the correct ones.

I'm guessing that your after this bit of the BB cable routing! Looks wrong, but it IS correct.(I've added the Loop Velcro to stop any potential rubbing to the inside of the crank arm / bb shell.)

Oh and this is the underside, with the lil' plastic inserts...

Has that helped ?

No problems... give us a shout if you need any more advice / info.

BTW it'll ride amazing when you've finished building it up! My one does ๐Ÿ™‚
