Hi

I've got a Cannondale with a headshok. I'm considering removing the headshok to allow the fitting of a normal fork, how difficult is this to do? Also how easy is it to refit the headshok?

Cheers

Its easy to do, same as knocking out a normal set of headset cups. I take it you have a headshok to 1 1/8" reducer? I used the marzocci ones CRC sell and they were fine.

Take off the top cap and stem then whack the top with a wooden mallet and the fork slides out. Putting it back uses the same principle.
