but looks like bb30 spindle?

It says BB30 on the spindle!
Can't you erase the offending std and tippex what you need on there? 🙂
I thought GXP was tapered? It looks BB30 to me.
I know but I thought BB30 usually have the spindle attached to the crank arm?
In the pictures you've posted the spindle IS attached to the crank arm.
Does sir require an espresso with an extra shot this morning?

the utter disappointment of realising this great bargain is not so has left me in a daze.
Does it fit? If not, can you get a new BB to get it to fit?
not tried as the spindle looks a little short and wider.
SRAM cranks have the spindle on the LH crank.
That is BB30. It won't fit without being a bit hacky and using tiny bearings.
