Just noticed I have cracked my Hayes Peacemaker adapter and there is no chance of replacing it before the weekend. Is there a clamp I can use to run the shifter as a stand alone? My google skills are letting me down here...

Ah cheers, didn't think of that. I've managed to avert the crisis with some parts bin rummaging though - found a SRAM Matchmaker clamp and a Wolftooth ISPEC adapter that seems to do the trick.
