Leaning towards the HAWG after much deliberation...Seem to be finding some god deals locally for the mil-spec HAWGS (the ones with MOLLE loops). They also look a bit more heavyweight / longer lasting.
Anyone got one? It's either gonna be an olive green military HAWG or a brown/cream HAWG NV - both are about the same price.
(Having seen a Dakine/Hydropak/Northface it's deffo gonna be a Camelbak)
Yep DEFFO go for the mil spec HAWG...brilliant bit of kit.I've got mil HAWG and a MULE, 600 Denier means they'll last for ever, unlike the civi equvalents! Not sure if they are IRR tho...hahhaha
Good good. I do like my kit to be literally bombproof if I'm spending a fair wedge.
Look around on Ebay, there was a brand new black HAWG for 47quid 2days ago...usually as rare as hens teeth!
yep, been using a woodland camo one for the last 3 years. An brilliant bit of kit, and likely to keep going for many more years to come. Deceptively spacious too.
