me and another rider in my group after about 2 hours of riding get really bad burning sensation in our thighs me on a ss him being 16st maby more on a spech pitch so i guess none of us doing any favors to start with. just wondering is this due to bad fitness condition?
if so what leg work can i do to get past or prevent this happening?

thankfully due to a jew job i will hav better riding hours so shouold be able to get out a coupe of times a week maby once or twice on the road.(excuse to get another bike lol)

try doing squats, leg presses and other hamstring/quad training at the gym or in house ( youtube vids for ideas).

Are you drinking enough liquid or eating enough? . Maybe starting too fast?

Part from that train more, get gears and in true STW form......... MTFU

lol now i can see i cant type under just the light from the laptop screen as or the tips will have a youtube browse now.

usualy start off with co-co pops and a crumpet or 2 about 45 mins before i start and a bannana about 15 mins before carry fruit pastles or other sweet/sour pick n mix goodies for the ride
usualy we get to the top as my legs are going abit numb but would like to be able to sprint up abit quicker and less pain at the top

Seatpost nice and high for the climbs? Makes a big difference to how quickly I tire, and I always feel it in my quads if I've left it too low for a long uphill.

i try and keep it abot the same hight trying to find a happy med for looning and climbing.

will give a go tomorow whne i do my nightley ride see if it helps may have to invest in one of those dropper post thingys
when im out playing i tend to jump about abit but still need seat up high by the looks of it.
