Warning Road cycling topic!
He might be a cocky little git but I love Cavendish. 3 major tour stage victories this year and on course to be win more tour stages than anyone bar Merkyx.
The 70kph look over the shoulder and bunny hop over the line in todays Veulta satge was self publicity genius.
Expect to see pictures of the hop all over the road cycling press.

Err - hardly speshul. Bunny-hopping is a well-tested means of navigating speed humps.
Actually the special bit was the 50kph corner 500m before that Cav and his leadout man took waaaay quicker than everyone else. Game over from that point on.

Similar to last years TdF coming into the final corner on the Champs Elysees when Cav and Renshaw went through the corner about 5mph quicker than the Garmin boys, nipped through on the inside and just kept going!
Great bit of teamwork on todays stage, perfect execution. 🙂
watching the two of them lead things out is poetry to be honest. Massively faster than anybody else. The hop is just taking the mick but there you go.
