What bike and size, as well as stem size?
How tall are you?
.
Who taught you English? ๐Ÿ˜‰

Saddle angle?

I deliberately shuffle forwards when climbing stuff sat down. Try moving your saddle a bit forwards, much cheaper than a new stem.

the problem is that if i move me sadel forward it tends to bend the rails.

The bike is a Sarisen tour 2 i am not to sure of the size but it is a bigen, i am 6'4" and not to sure about the stem lenth...

I think i might just get a shorter stem to try it...
