Get down a bike shop, they might have a spare cup in the workshop somewhere. Ones I worked in used to keep a few spare, from replacing worn out BBs, as the plastic ones could crack or get chewed up by ham-fisted installers....

You could ask your LBS whether they have any lying around, they might have some aluminium ones (XT Octalink BBs used to use aluminium adapters). AFAIK they're not available as spares.

what size is it I've got a new un54 you can have if it fits.

you sure the bb unit is for the right width of shell ?

If it's just the plastic one, and it's a Shimano BB, I might have a spare...
