Going there tomorrow for the first time, will ride the red route and maybe the black, and I'm wondering what bike to take - HT or FS. Also, got Mud X tyres on one set of wheels, high rollers on the other and some pretty worn out racing ralphs as a third option. Which bike and which tyres do you reckon? Thank you kindly 🙂

Just do the black & visit Cwm Rhaeadr, which is just down the road.
HR & FS imo. Go big on the tables.

Seem to remember the black being more fun. All fairly smooth/gravelly so I guess HT and HRs.

Looks like it's the HRs and, because there's a split but I like it better, the HT.
Will try to get to Cwm Rhaeadr too.
