I'd spent a while sealing up all the leaky bits of my garage (or so I thought) - but went back to it after a couple of weeks to a bone dry floor - but a plastic tub of new bike bits now with 9" of water inside ๐
Soggy cardboard isn't an issue and most of the parts will be fine, but what about my new SLX brakes? Allow to dry then fit and hope? New pads? Full bleed?

They'll be reet.

If brakes were damaged by water everyone in the UK would have a very expensive time of it.
Just leave to dry, if waters got into the system (which it could have unless sealed) you will need to bleed. Pads will be fine.
