I've just bought a set of shimano M596 brakes for my HT.
I'm taking off my Avid Elixirs, I didn't get a new shimano 180 disc or post mount adapter for the front, so can I use the shimano caliper with the avid 185mm post mount adapter and the avid 185 disc?
Will it just bolt together or is jiggery pokery with washers required?
