Any ideas where I will be able to get a couple of 20/30ml syringes for brake bleeding?

Ordered some online but taking a while for delivery.

Thanks

The one in town and boots only had 5ml 'calpol' syringes.

Cheers

I bought syringes from the local vets last time I needed them.

If you are desperate enough that you can't wait for online delivery (next day with Amazon Prime) look around the kids play park, door ways on back streets, that bit of the canal under the bridge for some second hand ones (will need a good clean).

Failing that you could try a bike shop, fishing shop, vet shop, old inkjet printer shop, catering supplies shop, other chemist shops, doctors and dentist.

Boots do them, but you have to ask. They'll probably ask you what they're for, and then look a little nonplussed when you say 'brake bleeding'.

I remember the woman in boots refusing to sell them to me. I even explained what they were for and that surely the hypodermic needle was the "dangerous" part and I didn't want that.

Got 50ml ones from the vets. No issue at all.

Kitchen shop - plastic syringe for sticking jam in doughnuts, apparently. Works fine with aquarium tubing from the pet shop.

Yes, there's normally one parked up on the double yellows outside most major supermarkets - just nip in while they're buying water. ๐Ÿ™‚
