Loads of adaptor plates around to adjust your bottle location but had anyone seen a bottle cage that has adjustment or a fixed offset built in?

Wasn't expecting any to pop up so a budget and a bling one is nice!ย  Not able to quite match the adjustment range of an adaptor plate though.

Thanks

Fidlock magnetic "cages" have a small amount of adjustment in the hole slots but you can also flip them upside down which gives a fair amounbt of movement (although you need the bottles with the strap around to flip those too).

The decathlon side load cage has an adjustable plate that clicks in

@frogstomp

You don't need the strapped on mounts, the mount on the bottle switches round also with a screwdriver - I've done it for aeris

I've been browsing without searching specifically for adjustable position, this one is dual position but doesn't state the adjustment range, doesn't look significant though.

The bottle bosses on my Banshee Rune are stupidly high up the downtube, so I use a Topeak alt cage mount & a Wolftooth morse cage to fit a full size bottle on it.

  1. You're better off with a plate for more range of adjustment, plenty Topeak copies on eBay some with slots to offer plenty of range and pinpoint location, add a bottle cage with slots and you've got a huge range of movement.
