Does anyone know if the quoted prices on the Pipedream website include VAT? The answer isn't clear

They did when I bought one years ago.
I'm not sure why a consumer site would quote prices ex vat.

Agreed, it's rarely stated on any consumer site, because it's always included.

Ok. I'm considering ordering one of their frames from Australia, where we are exempt from your VAT. Often, when you select Aus as the shipping destination on a UK website the price is automatically adjusted to deduct VAT. This does not happen on the Pipedream site though. I'm reluctant to make a purchase if VAT is part of the price if I don't have to pay it!
