I took a tumble the other day and ended up breaking one of the ratcheting buckles on my Bontrager shoes and wondered if anyone knows where to get one after market, (I've checked the usual places to no avail)

Your lbs should be able to order them, i'm sure we had one ordered in for someone the other day.

Trek UK have them so pop into your local Trek or Bontrager dealer and get one ordered
